Counseling and Therapy approach
With experience helping combat Veterans, hospice patients, and supporting people suffering from symptoms of schizophrenia and post-traumatic stress, I have spent time working in community mental health counseling people from different walks of life. This helped me develop a patient, thorough psychotherapy approach. I utilize ideas on how family, employment, social ties and earlier-life experiences affect you. Whether you are facing anxiety or symptoms of trauma, much of what I do keys on helping you learn more about yourself in order to move forward.
